By installing or using ADO Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ADO Pilot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

ADO Pilot is an AI-powered code review service that integrates with Azure DevOps. The service automatically reviews pull requests and provides feedback as inline comments and status checks.

3. Billing and Payment

ADO Pilot uses a subscription model with monthly Review Credit (RC) allocations. Overage charges are billed at tier-specific rates. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ADO Pilot in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

ADO Pilot provides AI-generated code review suggestions for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any review comments. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the service's output.
